Operation Wine Rack
Taking an Old Pallet and turning it into a New Wine Rack
The Plan
The first step in our plan to turn this into a wine rack is to draw lines across the pallet, to know where to cut off the excess wood. Then we sanded the the piece that was cut, and sanded the part we are going to use it so that there is no rough spots. After that, we took a single board off of the unused part of the skid that we are going to use as the bottom and sanded it as well.
The next steps for us will to stain the wine rack then when it's dry, we will then nail the single board to the bottom. Then after it is nailed on, we are going to attach hangers to the back to allow it to be hung on a wall.
