Our first event is happening this week! We are all very excited but we still have so much to prepare for it. Every morning we are putting on school announcements about our cosmetology day this Friday during period 4. This week we have to tie dye shirts to wear to promote our event as well as setting up all of our Because I am a Girl items.
We also plan on testing out our cookie recipe to make sure they taste as good as they’ll look. Look later this week on our blog or twitter (@equityforwomen) to see our final product of the cookies and the shirts. Don’t forget to follow our twitter to see all the progress we make.

Hi I am a student in Simcoe County. I love your idea of making thank you cards for the people that donated. I have a little suggestion for you maybe put a quote in the card that Malala Yousafzai said like Let us remember: One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world.I have my own blog as well it's URL is isab2100.blogspot.ca
