Starting the Planning Phase

This is the Healthy Living Globally group with our second update. As winter approaches we are running out of time to host our capture the flag game. We are thinking about letting both staff and students participate and make it one large game instead of multiple small ones.

As a heads up, there is a plan in the works with the Canadian Blood Services running a blood drive. We are also planning on incorporating mental health into our activities so we will keep updating in future blog posts as we generate new ideas.

The organization Start Talking About Coping and Drugs (STACD) is a very good group that we are hoping we can get in contact with to help spread the word about mental health.

All in all, this first week has turned out to be quite busy as we are struggling to get dates set while also spreading awareness for our cause.
