Let's Dance

Hey, T-wolves are you going to the dance on December 8th? Well if you are you are making a healthy choice.
Dancing is very good for your body and can benefit you in many ways. When you dance you are burning many calories especially when you are dancing for three hours at our winter formal. Dancing can help improve bone density and decrease the likelihood of osteoporosis, it helps with balance and overall mood. It offers you a chance to be with others and to work off stress.

We hope you all enjoy your time at the dance and remember that your body appreciates it.
