Global Goals Fair Complete

On Friday Dec 1 2017, our group participated in the Global Goals Fair that our school had. As the first group to do Goal 16, we were very nervous, but we also were looking forward to educating people about how little peace there is in the world.
When the fair started, we received many students from all grades and even a couple teachers. Compared to some of the other group’s tables, we didn’t have very much in the way of presentation, but the facts we gathered, made up for the lack of props. Many students participated in the little game we had set up, a matching game where you had to match the headlines to the picture that covered the same type of injustices/peace. The fair and our booth were a great success, and many students left with a deeper understanding of how unfair the world can be. Check out our Twitter @UN_JNP
