This week we are starting to call homeless shelters in order to figure out which shelters in the Barrie area is the best for us to visit.
Also we are planning our trip into Barrie in the next week or two to visit different shelters and interview people that will allow us to either, video or audio record them answering questions we will be asking. The questions will relate to how living in poverty has affected their lives and other questions relating to different aspects of their lives from both their past and their future. This is so we all can gain a better understanding of how someone's life living in poverty is.
Our goal is to make a educational video/audio presentation in order to raise more awareness for poverty. We believe it is not always someone's fault at all that they are in poverty, it has to do with other issues including mental health, a .
