Life on reserves is completely different from life for the rest of canadiens. There are 367 canadian reserves that there is data on 27 of which have an average income less than $10,000 some who is making the exact income to be on the poverty line will make more than this on unemployment which also brings up the unemployment for indigenous canadians, unemployment for indigenous canadians can be difficult for most there are many possible reasons behind the higher unemployment rates in aboriginal communities vs  non aboriginal communities starting with the schooling aboriginal reserves in Canada are very known for having very poor schooling system for indigenous mainframe their high school dropout rates much higher than most communities with can lease to higher poverty and higher unemployment rates
