Taking Action To End Poverty

Over the last couple of days, our group has been working on a list of possible goals we are going to try and reach while on our way to help end poverty in our local area, along with some ideas and goals that’ll hopefully have a positive impact on global poverty.
For our local goal, we plan on doing a toy drive. Then we are going to donate all the toys to a bigger toy drive within our area that has the power to distribute all of our donations.
For our global goal we plan on making a documentary on people who live in poverty in our area, then we are going to take that video and post it online to raise awareness on poverty around the world. Our goal with this documentary is to change people's perspectives on poverty and the people who live in poverty. They are humans too and deserve the spotlight and hopefully, this will help.
