No More Excuses!
Blogged by Kyla, Mady, Sarah, Ethan and Hunter
#1: I Don’t Have Time!
Do you make time to go to the movies with friends? Do you make time to sit and browse the Internet when you get home? It’s not a matter of having time, you need to prioritize healthy habits because they’re good for you.
#2: I’m Too Tired!
Over exhaustion is a sign that your health is struggling more than you may think. Putting down your phone a minimum of thirty minutes before you go to sleep is an easy and effective way of improving your quantity and quality of your sleep.
#3: I’ll Start Next Week...
This is one of the most frequently used excuses, and it’s very easily avoided! Don’t put it off and prioritize your health!
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be expensive. You don’t need to eat all organic from Whole Foods, or sign up for that expensive gym down the road; you just need to make healthy choices when you can. Taking the stairs, drinking only water and eating whole instead of processed grains are just a few ways that you can make cheap healthy choices.
#5: It’s Inconvenient!
Eating healthy doesn’t need to be stressful and inconvenient. Simply buying local and preparing your meals in advance can making eating healthy a little cheaper and convenient.
